About Pooja

Navagraha Havan or Graha Shanti Havan is performed to appease all the nine Grahas and reduce the malefic effects of the planets in one’s life. The nine planets control each aspect of every people’s life and it has the power to change lives in an instant.

This havan is performed by invoking all the Navagrahas, followed by the chanting of Navagraha Mantras and then performing the Navagraha havan, in turn, receiving the blessings of all the nine grahas.

Process

  • First, the Kalash is established, which means Kalash Sthapana. The Navgrahas, or nine planets, are invoked before starting the puja. The mantras are chanted while taking some water with pali on the right palm, and then Sankalpa is taken. It is followed by Ganesh Puja, Abhishek and puja of Navgraha Yantra and idols.
